Lorraine is a graduate of the Royal College of Surgeons holding an MSc (Hons) in Bereavement from the Irish Hospice Foundation (Validated by the Royal College of Surgeons). A BSc (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Middlesex University, with a Post Graduate Certificate in Family Therapy and Child and Adolescent Counselling.
A fully accredited supervisor/ member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy.
Held the position of Youth Counsellor with In Sync Child and Family Service. Working with children at risk of Suicide and Self Harm and their families, covering Co.Kildare.
Clinical advisor at Little Way Cancer Support Service since 2009.
With a background in Supervision of Children in Foster care. Working hand in hand with the HSE to ensure safety of high risk clients. Lorraine has a wealth of experience to bring to the therapeutic encounter.
Post Grad Certificate in Mindfulness Based CBT and MBSRT.
